I
paid money to the court already,
do I also have to pay for traffic school?
The fees you paid to the
court are strictly court fees.
You must now choose a traffic schooloption
and pay tuition to the individual traffic school. At InterActive!,
there are no EXTRA
fees for certificates, tax or regular mailing, if required.
Every court jurisdiction is
different. You will have to call
your court to find out what their
policy is on due dates.

Completion Certificate due on the due date,

the course by that date?

is ordinarily due in the court by the due date.

How long
will it take me to complete the InterActive! course?
As individuals vary, so
does the time it will take
any one student to complete.
Some students whip through the program in a couple of hours,
others choose to log on and off over the course of a couple of days.
What
paperwork do I need to turn
into the court when I finish the course?
Ordinarily, the only thing
that is required that you turn
back to the court is a Completion Certificate.

Courts" to see if your court has any special requirements.
Can you fax or
e-mail the certificate to me or the court?
NO. Your certificate may ONLY be
created according to the requirements of your court.

Courts" to verify the method of certificate delivery that your
court requires.
Do I
need to complete the course
within a certain amount of time after I sign
up?
You may take as much time
as you need to complete the course.
However, you will want to make sure
you can get the Completion Certificate
to the court by the due date.
However, IF your court requires that
your certificate be mailed we offer the following options:

PRIORITY
MAILING ($7.50 additional charge)
* OVERNIGHT
MAILING ($20.00 additional charge)
Your program must be completed by 10:30 AM;
Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
Student completions
after 10:30 AM Monday-Friday, on the weekend or on legal holidays,
will be mailed on the next business day.
*Certified mailing with return receipt
is also available.
*Overnight deliveries
are made Monday-Friday ONLY!
You will be able to request
your mail preference at the end of your program.
We are able to offer you this
course because the COURT where you received your citation
has approved our program. That means your point WILL BE MASKED on your
California
DMV records, exactly as if you went to a classroom traffic school.
The DMV DOES NOT ACT AS AN
APPROVING BODY for any
online traffic schools in California. While the DMV's of OTHER states might
take part in
the approval of online traffic schools, the California DMV DOES NOT.
Because your COURT gave you
permission- your ticket WILL BE dismissed,
and you will not receive a point on your driving record;
however, there is NO SUCH THING as a
California "DMV Approved" online traffic school.
