How long will
it take me to complete the www.CartoonInterActive.com traffic school course?
The Los Angeles
county courts require that you spend 400 minutes on your traffic school
program.This is required for EVERY online traffic school approved in
Los
Angeles County. However, you can log in and out at any time and our server will save your
spot. You will be able to complete
your traffic school requirement on your own schedule.
What
paperwork do I need to turn
into the court when I finish the course?
Ordinarily, the only thing
that is required that you turn back to the court is a Completion Certificate.

"Which
Courts" to see if your court has any special requirements.
Can you fax or
e-mail the certificate to me or the court?
This is allowed
in Los Angeles County ONLY.
Otherwise, your certificate may ONLY be
created according to the requirements of your court. See
"Which
Courts" to verify the method of certificate delivery that your
court requires.
Do I
need to complete the course within a certain amount of time after I sign
up?
You may
take as much time as you need to complete our online traffic school course. However, you will want to make sure that we can get the completion certificate to the court by the due date.
All completions for the Los
Angeles courts are faxed into the court by us.
FOR SAME DAY SUBMISSION TO THE LOS ANGELES COURTS (No
additional charge) Your program must
be completed by 10:30 AM; Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
Student completions after 10:30 AM Monday-Friday,
on the weekend or on legal holidays, will be faxed into the court on the next business day.
It's
been a while since I got my ticket,
and I still haven't heard from the
court. What should I do?
Call the court in the
jurisdiction where you received your ticket
and have your citation
number handy. They should be able to tell you what to expect.
If I
completed a traffic school requirement
within the last 18 months, can I
go again?
You would have to speak
directly to a judge about
whether or not you would be eligible to attend
traffic school again.
Can I do this
traffic school program if I have WEB
TV?

CALIFORNIA?

course because the COURT where you received your citation has approved our program. That means your point WILL BE MASKED on your
California DMV records, exactly as if you went to a classroom traffic school.
The DMV DOES NOT ACT AS AN
APPROVING BODY for any
online traffic schools in California. While the DMV's of OTHER states might
take part in the approval of online traffic schools, the California DMV DOES NOT.
Because your COURT gave you
permission- your ticket WILL BE dismissed,
and you will not receive a point on your driving record;
however, there is NO SUCH THING as a
California "DMV Approved" online traffic school.
